Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to operate in designated territories. This field-based role requires living in the local community and building face-to-face relationships through events, in-home visits, and community engagement.

You'll educate members on Medicare Advantage plans and additional Humana offerings. You'll meet performance goals, use company iPads and CRM tools, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plan education and enrollments to members and prospects.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to provide a personalized experience.
• Grow sales by meeting performance goals and expanding Humana's market presence.
• Leverage technology by using iPads and multiple digital platforms to support member consultations, enrollments, CRM updates and follow-ups.
