Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a field-based role within a designated territory. You will educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings, create meaningful face-to-face connections, and drive self-generated sales while achieving performance goals.

You’ll use company-issued iPads and digital platforms to support enrollments, documentation, and CRM updates, delivering exceptional customer experiences in local communities.

Qualificações

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Daily face-to-face interactions in homes, events, and community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Proficient with iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to navigate multiple tech platforms simultaneously for enrollment, CRM, and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and enrollments, plus Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription offerings.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to build trust.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana’s market presence through relationships in the community.
• Leverage technology to support member consultations, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
