Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in designated territories across the United States.

This field-based role involves educating members on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings, with a focus on in-home visits, community events, and face-to-face engagements to build trust and drive self-generated sales. You will use company-provided iPads and various digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments and CRM updates, while meeting performance goals and

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at events and in the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting 25/25/10 coverage.
• Proven ability to use an iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously (enrollment tools, CRMs, email, virtual tools).
