Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Professionals in the United States. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory to serve the local community, with a Senior Manager and Regional Director guiding a team of 8–12 sales professionals.

You will educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage, and drive growth through face-to-face engagements—home visits, community events, and grassroots outreach—while

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Ability to use an iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience navigating multiple technology platforms including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare education and educate on Humana’s plans and options.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing and in-home visits, building personalized connections.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana’s market presence.
• Leverage technology—iPads and CRM—to support enrollments, documentation, and follow-ups.
