Job summary

Humana’s MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking Medicare Field Sales Professionals for a field-based role. You must live in the designated territory to serve your local community and collaborate with a small team under a Senior Manager and Regional Director.

You will build trust, educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, and drive self-generated sales through community events, in-home visits, and face-to-face outreach while using iPads and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans information to individuals and educate on offerings.
• Differentiate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage technology with company-issued iPads and CRM to support consultations and enrollments.
