Job summary

Humana is seeking licensed Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in a designated local territory, delivering and educating members on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and add-ons. You will build face-to-face connections at homes and events, using iPads and CRM tools to support enrollments and follow-ups.

The role requires daily community engagement, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes and at community events.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed class.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Experience using iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings to educate members and prospects.
• Differentiate Humana through in-person connections via grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow sales by meeting performance goals and expanding Humana’s market presence.
• Leverage technology (iPads, CRM, enrollment tools) to support consultations, enrollments, and follow-up.
