Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Medicare Field Sales Professional to cover a designated local territory in the United States. You will educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and related products, build relationships through community events, and drive self-generated sales with support from your team.

You will use an iPad and multiple digital platforms to assist member consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates, while meeting performance goals in a flexible, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting 25/25/10 or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile apps and web-based systems in customer-facing environments.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms including enrollment tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and enrollment support for members and prospects.
• Create meaningful in-person connections via grassroots marketing and community events.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Leverage technology (iPad, CRM, enrollment tools) for consultations, enrollments and follow-ups.
