Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to join the MarketPoint team. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and delivering in-person consultations, enrollments, and relationship-building with community members.

You will use iPads and CRM tools to support member interactions, grow sales, and meet performance goals while representing Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at community events.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver information on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and enrollments.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections via events and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Use iPad and CRM tools to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, and follow-up.
