Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings. The role is field-based and requires residence in the designated territory to serve local communities.

You will build relationships through community events, in-home visits, and grassroots activities while meeting performance goals and leveraging technology for member consultations and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and enrollments to members face-to-face.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow sales by meeting performance goals and expanding Humana's market presence.
• Leverage iPads and multiple digital platforms to support member consultations and CRM updates.
