Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents who will work within a designated territory. This field-based position requires living in the local community and collaborating with a small team under senior leadership to drive Humana's Medicare strategy.

You will educate members on plan options, deliver personalized service, and build trusted relationships. The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement at homes and community events, using iPads and CRM tools to manage enrollments,

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Health Insurance License or be able to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at community events.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and personal auto liability insurance meeting required limits.
• Proficient with an iPad, mobile apps, web-based systems, and multiple platforms.
• Bilingual ability is a plus and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings through in-person outreach.
• Differentiate Humana with grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance goals while expanding Humana's market presence.
• Utilize company-provisioned devices and multiple platforms to support member consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-up.
