Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to represent the organization with insurance brokers across an assigned territory. You will educate brokers about our care model, assist patients in understanding Medicare options, and ensure all activities comply with CMS guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

You will build arm's-length relationships, track engagement in CRM, and help grow the territory through compliant outreach, events, and collaborative efforts with marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Marketing or related field preferred
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or related healthcare field
• Knowledge of Medicare and CMS marketing guidelines; Anti-Kickback Statute familiarity
• HIPAA privacy and security obligations understanding
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or value-based care organizations preferred
• CRM experience (HubSpot) and standard business apps
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentations skills
• Ability to work independently and own a territory with autonomy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across markets

Responsibilities

• Broker relationship management with diverse brokers to support Medicare education
• Develop and execute compliant outreach to raise Medicare awareness in territory
• Support community events and educational seminars aligning with CMS guidelines
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up for wellness exams
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and provide updates
• Maintain CMS compliance and document all broker interactions
