Job summary

Better Health Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Broker Liaison to represent the company with insurance brokers in an assigned territory. You will build professional broker relationships to support Medicare education and community awareness while adhering to CMS guidelines.

You’ll be the educational resource on our care model, handle broker inquiries, track outreach in HubSpot, and coordinate with marketing to educate patients and schedule appointments, all in HIPAA-compliant ways.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of Medicare and CMS marketing guidelines.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage broker relationships across assigned territory.
