Job summary

Better Health Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Broker Liaison to represent the organization within the community and educate Medicare beneficiaries about our care model. You will build compliant, arm's-length relationships with insurance brokers and coordinate education, outreach, and events across the territory.

Responsibilities include broker relationship management, territory strategy, community engagement, patient coordination, and strict CMS/HIPAA compliance. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance broker sales or Medicare outreach
• Knowledge of CMS marketing guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Experience with HIPAA privacy and securing patient information
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business apps
