Better Health Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Broker Liaison to represent our organization in the community, building professional, arm's-length relationships with insurance brokers to educate on Medicare Advantage and our care model while ensuring CMS guidelines are followed.

You will manage broker inquiries, partner with marketing and events teams, support patient education efforts, coordinate scheduling of wellness visits, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or a related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products, CMS marketing guidelines, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations, including appropriate handling of prospective patient information.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or value-based care organizations preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and standard business applications.

• Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain arm's-length broker relationships to educate on Medicare education and Better Health Group’s care model.
• Territory Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a compliant outreach plan across an assigned territory.
• Community Engagement & Events: Participate in educational seminars and CMS-guideline compliant events.
• Patient Engagement & Coordination: Support scheduling and follow-up for patient wellness exams and appointments.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with managers to align goals and maintain CRM records.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure activities comply with Anti-Kickback Statute and CMS guidelines.
