Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a seasoned professional to lead and optimize the broker channel across designated regions. You will recruit general agencies and brokers, collaborate with partner agencies, and drive Medicare enrollment growth while ensuring compliance with CMS and state regulations.

You will design and implement training programs for GA/brokers, monitor performance, and coordinate with leadership to report on trends and outcomes. High travel is required to meet contractual needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing broker channels for Medicare or national/state programs.
• Proven ability to recruit and onboard GA/brokers across regions.
• Experience implementing marketing plans to generate leads and enrollments.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and ethical sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker channel management to drive Medicare enrollment.
