Job summary

Clever Care Health Plan is seeking a Broker Sales Manager to grow the agency distribution channel in Southern California. The role requires developing growth strategies, meeting with agents, and providing ongoing training to ensure enrollment targets are met ahead of AEP.

You will cultivate provider and community relationships, host events, and drive sales through education and outreach while ensuring CMS compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active California Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance with clean driving record.
• Experience working with Insurance Agencies/Agents/ Field Marketing Organizations.
• Strong customer service, communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin/Vietnamese/Cantonese/Thai/Bahasa/Korean/Tagalog/Khmer is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and increase agency distribution in the assigned market.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and telephone outreach with agents and agencies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure RTS agents are in place prior to AEP.
• Plan and execute provider/community relationships and events (education/marketing/sales/health fairs).
• Create lead pipelines through provider partnerships and personal networks.
