Job summary

Phx Defense is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) for the Army Medical Simulation Training Center. This position involves delivering high-fidelity medical training to Soldiers in both classroom and field environments, leveraging advanced simulation techniques.

The ideal candidate must be a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), possess strong presentation and communication skills, and maintain high standards of confidentiality regarding student information. Travel to various locations across the U.S. for training is required.

Qualifications

• Current in National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT).
• Experience instructing mixed populations of soldiers.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality regarding student information.

Responsibilities

• Instruct a mixed population of Soldiers in medical training.
• Demonstrate skills and test Soldiers during courses.
• Manage consumable items and perform equipment maintenance.
