Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. seeks a qualified I/O to support the Army MSTC program, instructing and validating emergency medical training in classroom or field environments across EMT, 68W Sustainment, and CLS courses.

The role requires current NREMT/EMT or higher, US citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, travel nationwide, and the use of moulage and high‑fidelity simulations to measure student performance.

Qualifications

• Must be NREMT certified with EMT or higher.
• Former 68W/18D NCO ALC graduate or equivalentMilitary background preferred.
• Current licensed RN/PA/Physician is required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and test Soldiers in EMT, 68W Sustainment, and CLS courses.
• Incorporate moulage techniques and high-fidelity simulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage training equipment and PMCS kits.
• Travel across the U.S. for training as needed.
