Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC in Georgia is seeking an I/O trainer to deliver medical simulation instruction for the MSTC. The role spans classroom and field environments, applying high-fidelity scenarios, moulage, and realistic drills to validate learner performance.

You will assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills across 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels, and coordinate with training units on equipment prep, maintenance, and safety. US citizenship and US CAC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NREMT with EMT or higher.
• Former 68W/18D/NEC 8404/4NOX1 experience.
• Current RN/PA/Physician license preferred.
• BLS-HCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and test Soldiers in 68W, EMT and NRP levels.
• Address all student levels and ensure instructor qualifications.
• Assist units with equipment prep, use, and cleanup.
• Maintain student confidentiality and report results.
