Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking an experienced I/O instructor to train Soldiers in EMT Sustainment and CLS courses in classroom and field environments. You will assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills, and ensure high-fidelity medical simulations using moulage and scenario-based instruction.

Qualifications include current NREMT, TC 8-800 certification, and ability to work with varied populations. Military training environments and equipment handling are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT certification at EMT level or higher.
• TC 8-800 instructor course completed and annual skills validation.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Contractor CAC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training courses address all levels of students.
• Instruct and test Soldiers in EMT/Sustainment and CLS courses.
• Provide equipment prep and classroom/field instruction support.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
