Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. is seeking a part-time, on-call I/O to support Army MSTC training. The role involves instructing Soldiers across EMT/NRP levels, using moulage and simulation techniques, and ensuring realistic medical scenarios in classroom or field environments.

The position requires current NREMT, TC 8-800 instructor qualifications, and readiness to travel across the U.S. for training. A security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must maintain NREMT certification at EMT level or higher.
• TC 8-800 skills validation annually.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels.
• Demonstrate skills, use moulage and effects to simulate scenarios.
• Coordinate training with unit and manage equipment and PMCS kits.
