Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.

The role, located at Scofield Barracks, Hawaii, delivers standardized, high‑fidelity medical training and operates simulation systems, maintaining certifications to support training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.

Qualifications

• Current EMT certification and related medical credentials.
• Experience delivering medical training in simulation environments preferred.
• Ability to operate training aids, devices, simulators (TADSS).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with military personnel and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3-style training across all tiers.
• Instruct CLS and 68W courses for mixed personnel.
• Operate MSTC simulators (ISS, VPS, MT-C2).
• Maintain training records and AAR documentation.
• Perform operator-level maintenance on simulators and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and contracts.
