Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) setting at Fort Riley, Kansas. The role includes operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting classroom and field training in accordance with contract standards.

Qualifications

• Must have current medical certifications (NREMT EMT or higher or RN/PA/MD).
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training.
• Ability to instruct mixed-experience military populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure/execute realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
