Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) and to operate simulation systems in support of contract requirements. The role requires maintaining current medical certifications and delivering scenario‑based training for Soldiers in classroom, lab, and field settings.

Qualifications

• Current medical certifications required and maintained.
• Experience delivering emergency medical/tactical training.
• Strong understanding of simulation-based training standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers and CLS instruction.
• Operate MSTC systems and manage training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Ensure instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Support field and classroom training in diverse environments.
