Job summary

All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. This role will deliver standardized, high‑fidelity medical training and operate simulation systems at Scofield Barracks, Hawaii 96857.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training.
• Ability to instruct mixed populations in classroom, lab, and field settings.
• Maintain current medical certifications and document training.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct CLS and 68W sustainment training for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic scenarios.
• Maintain instructor-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Document training records and contribute to MSR data.
