Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Scofield Barracks, Hawaii. You will deliver high‑fidelity, scenario-based medical training and operate simulation systems in classroom and field environments.

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D NCO, Advanced Leader Course Graduate; Former Navy NEC 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above; Former AF 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service, E-6 or above; Currently licensed RN/PA/MD/DO.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all tiers (ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV).
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS training to non-medical personnel.
• Conduct classroom, lab, and field training/evaluation.
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity conditions.
• Support throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across MSTC sites.
