Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment in Scofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include delivering high-fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution per contractual standards. Requires current medical certifications and experience with TC3 and 68W training.

Qualifications

• Must deliver emergency medical training in classroom, lab, and field.
• Maintain current medical certifications and training records.
• Instruct across multiple course tiers (ASM, CLS, CM, CP).
• Track student observations, performance, and grading using standard forms.
• Ability to manage instructor-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Experience with high-fidelity medical simulation environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers.
• Instruct CLS and 68W sustainment training for non-medical personnel.
• Conduct training in classroom, lab, and field environments.
• Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per directives.
• Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills.
