All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver standardized, high-fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center environment. The role, located at Indiantown Gap, PA, requires operating simulation systems and maintaining certifications while supporting training execution to meet contractual performance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold current medical certifications and be able to deliver emergency medical and tactical trauma training.
• Experience delivering TC3, 68W, CLS, and combat casualty care training preferred.
• Ability to operate MSTC simulation equipment and manage training documentation.
• Strong English communication and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV.
• Develop and execute high-fidelity training scenarios with moulage.
• Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2) and maintain equipment.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and training records.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and certifications.
