Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high-fidelity medical training in an MSTC environment at FT Dix, NJ. You will operate simulation systems, maintain current medical credentials, and support classroom, laboratory and field training to meet contractual standards.

Required to manage records, evaluations, and AARs, while supervising instructional staff and ensuring compliance with security, safety and curriculum guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing documents, maintaining electronic files, and managing spreadsheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and standard office equipment.
• Strong organizational, data-entry, written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple records and deadlines and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general administrative and instructional support in a MSTC environment.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Supervise training or instructional staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with medical proponent and ensure security and safety procedures.
