Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high-fidelity medical training within a Medical Simulation Training Center. The role covers classroom, lab, and field instruction, operating simulation systems, and maintaining certifications at CP Dodge, Johnston, IA.

Strong TC3 instructional background and ability to manage large trainee throughput are essential. Qualified candidates will hold EMT-related certifications (NREMT, BLS) and have experience in MC/TACT training

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the listed military/medical backgrounds.
• Current required medical certifications (NREMT EMT, BLS).
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical trauma training.
• Ability to instruct mixed-experience military populations across classroom, lab, and field environments.
• Security clearance and compliance with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across Tier I–IV in classroom, lab, and field settings.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training per approved curricula.
• Operate MSTC systems and manage training scenarios.
• Document training records, MSR data, and AARs.
• Maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and manage consumables.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and certifications.
