Job summary

All Native Group in Indiantown Gap, PA seeks an Instructor/Operator – EMT to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center environment, operate simulation systems, and maintain certifications in support of contracts.

The role involves classroom, lab and field training, adherence to MEDCoE directives, scenario development, equipment maintenance, and producing accurate training records across CST sites.

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D NCO, ALC graduate; Former Navy NEC 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6+; Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service, E-6+; Currently licensed RN/PA/MD.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
• Strong proficiency with simulation-based training, TC3 instruction, and medical proponent standards.
• Experience with maintaining training records, certifications, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all tiers and CLS/68W programs.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training with moulage and realistic effects.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure training simulations.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and reports.
