Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center environment. This role delivers standardized, high‑fidelity medical training, operates simulation systems, maintains certifications, and supports training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.

This position is located in Little Falls, Minnesota.

Qualifications

Candidate must demonstrate current medical certifications and the ability to teach emergency medical training.
Experience delivering TC3 instruction and 68W sustainment training preferred.
Maintain training records, rosters, and AAR documentation.
Instruct mixed military populations in classroom, lab, and field environments.
Adhere to medical proponent standards, contract requirements, and certification obligations.

Responsibilities

Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV and CLS initial/sustainment.
Instruct in classroom, laboratory, and field settings with proper instructor ratios.
Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
Document and report accidents/incidents and contribute to MSR data.
Perform operator-level maintenance on simulators and training equipment.
Participate in quality control activities and maintain certifications current.
