Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center environment at FT Dix, NJ. You will deliver high-fidelity medical training, operate simulation systems, and maintain certifications in classroom and field environments.

Responsibilities include conducting TC3 and CLS/68W training, managing training records, and ensuring compliance with contract standards and medical proponent

Qualifications

• Military medical or clinical background required.
• Must maintain current required medical certifications (NREMT EMT, BLS).
• Experience delivering emergency medical or tactical care training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers (ASM, CLS, CM, CP).
• Instruct 68W CLS/CM training for personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain training records and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with medical proponent standards and contract requirements.
