Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction within a Medical Simulation Training Center. You will deliver standardized training, operate simulation systems, and maintain certifications in Johnston, IA, supporting diverse medical scenarios.

Must hold current medical certifications and the ability to instruct in classroom, laboratory, and field environments, overseeing TC3 and CLS programs while ensuring compliance with medical proponent

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a military medical or licensed clinical background and current required medical certifications.
• Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers (ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV).
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS initial/sustainment training.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
