Job summary

All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. in Bluffdale, Utah, seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center.

You will operate training aids, maintain certifications, and support classroom, lab, and field scenarios for multiple TC3 tiers. Required are current medical credentials, ability to manage complex simulations, and experience in documenting training; travel to CONUS sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in classroom, lab, and field settings.
• Experience maintaining certifications and managing training documentation.
• Ability to supervise mixed groups and meet instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to safety and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV.
• Instruct CLS and CM training to non-medical personnel as needed.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, evaluations, and AAR documentation.
