Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate patient care and support psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients, acting as a central point of contact across clinical and administrative teams.

The role requires strong multitasking and communication skills, familiarity with EMRs and Microsoft Office, and a patient‑centered approach to care. Compensation starts at $21.75/hour with quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of healthcare operations or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and pharmacies.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Triage urgent patient requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
