Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, support patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensure high-quality service for in-person and telehealth patients.

Based at our Broomfield location, you will handle prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, scheduling, and coordination with pharmacies, while upholding HIPAA and compassionate care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment; support clinician and staff engagement activities and provide strong customer service.
• Assist psychiatric clinicians with prior authorizations, lab orders, letters for patients, records requests, and coordination of forms.
• Coordinate with clinicians and patients to address questions; triage urgent requests and ensure accurate medical records in the EHR.
• Handle patient communications; manage phone lines and telehealth access and troubleshoot Patient Portal issues.
