Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

This role requires multitasking, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; a High School diploma is required, with 1+ year healthcare operations experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and EMRs; strong organizational skills and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians; ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and telehealth access.
• Manage phone systems, triage patient needs, and coordinate referrals.
