LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a highly organized Medical Scribe to support integrative care teams. You will document notes in real time, prepare charts, and assist with clinical support tasks to maintain smooth patient flow and accurate records.

The role requires EMR proficiency, 1 year of medical assistant experience, and strong data entry skills. Full-time hours with 37.5 per week and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical assistant experience required.
• Scribe experience required.
• Proficient with EMRs and clinical documentation.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Confidentiality and professional communication emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Document doctor notes in real time in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts with tests and reports.
• Maintain supplies and testing tools.
• Set up and clean exam rooms between visits.
• Coordinate with RNs for patient info.
• Assist with muscle testing as directed.
• Ensure accurate charting for scripts and orders.
• Support RN team when doctor is unavailable.
• Adhere to clinic policies and confidentiality.
