Job summary

CSL Vifor Manhattan plasma collection center is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors, verify eligibility and guide them through registration for pheresis. You will support screening procedures, health history review and data entry in the donor information system.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and at least three months in clerical or customer service roles, ideally in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Three months minimum experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical/health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening procedures and health history.
• Perform basic health screening tasks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May assist with donor education and cross-training as needed.
• Handle donor questions and route calls to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Notify supervisor of donor flow issues or safety concerns.
