Job summary

MIMEDX is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and market share in assigned territories, promoting regenerative biologics and tissue products to physicians, hospitals, and surgical centers.

You will develop territory plans, deliver compelling presentations, and coordinate with reimbursement teams to support customers and billing departments. Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent
• MS/MA with 1–3 years of related experience; certification in some areas
• Prefer 3–4 years in medical device/biotech/tissue sectors
• Proven track record in high-growth organizations and building relationships

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet defined sales goals for products and tissue offerings
• Identify and execute market opportunities with new marketing strategies and sales plans
• Deliver presentations to customers and prospects using company resources
• Resolve reimbursement issues with customers and coordinate with reimbursement teams
• Develop territory plans to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue goals
• Provide accurate reporting and territory sales forecasts
• Maintain knowledge of industry activities and local market dynamics
• Utilize clinical studies to educate customers on product/tissue benefits
