Job summary

ASC is seeking a Sales Development Manager to combine sales expertise, market research, and relationship-building to drive revenue in the drug test manufacturing and lab supply industry.

As a key leader, you will coach a team of 5–15 representatives, monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver compelling value propositions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team of 5-15 representatives.
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue goals.
• Facilitate, track, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Monitor productivity using KPIs and leverage data to improve outcomes.
• Coach and motivate Sales Representatives to enhance productivity.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and manage them effectively.
• Ensure new team members are onboarded and oriented to ASC's expectations and culture.
• Drive revenue and meet targeted quotas.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Delegate responsibilities and track results for continuous improvement.
• Foster teamwork and create a positive, motivating environment.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver unique value propositions.
• Generate and distribute quarterly commission reports for the sales team.
