Cardinal Health is seeking a Laboratory Sales Consultant to manage a large territory, expand account penetration, and drive growth in the laboratory segment. You will deliver complex portfolios of solutions, provide demonstrations, and maintain relationships with key IDNs.

The role emphasizes driving new business, ensuring optimal service levels, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Significant travel and credentialing may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex sales environments with proven success.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across territories.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Salesforce.
• Credentialing may include vaccinations per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve financial commitments in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute market strategies for key segments.
• Monitor profitability and manage rebates, returns, etc.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure service levels.
• Provide product demonstrations and trainings to hospital staff.
