Formación

• Bachelor's degree in biology, business, health sciences, or related field preferred.
• Travel within the assigned territory required.
• One year of sales experience preferred; internships, campus leadership, athletics, or customer-facing roles count.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and connect with healthcare providers in your territory.
• Prospect for new opportunities and grow GRL's client base.
• Develop a strong pipeline of potential accounts and convert them into active clients.
• Learn how to present medical services and solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct in-person visits with physician offices and medical staff.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth start with GRL services.
• Build long-term relationships with providers and office teams.
• Provide ongoing updates about testing services and company programs.
• Train clinic staff on specimen collection, shipping, and submission processes.
• Assist with supply management and ensure offices have what they need.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal support teams.
• Help resolve specimen, billing, or service questions.
• Participate in territory planning and sales strategy development.
