Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and check in appointments.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages accurately.
• Collect information to complete patient records for payment and scheduling.
• Maintain patient files and charts and support coordination of care.
• Assist in coordinating referrals and insurance verifications.
• Serve as liaison between providers, health plans, and patients.
