Job summary

Beacon Health System in Mishawaka, IN seeks a receptionist/clerical associate to support busy clinical operations. Under supervision, you will greet patients, answer phones, check in, and manage physician schedules with courtesy and accuracy.

You will enter demographics and insurance data, process payments, post charges, schedule surgeries and tests, and communicate instructions for pre- and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones in a professional manner.
• Schedule physician visits and manage appointments.
• Enter demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Process patient payments and post services.
• Assist with scheduling of procedures and pre/post-operative instructions.
