Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous medical office experience with ICD-10, CPT, insurance eligibility/authorizations, and referrals preferred.
• Spanish language skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and visitors, delivering excellent front-office service.
• Coordinate check-in, scheduling, registrations, and referrals with accurate demographic/insurance data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals/pre-certifications for timely access to care.
• Schedule specialty consultations and diagnostic testing per provider recommendations.
• Support referral workflows and educate patients on appointment requirements.
