Job summary

LifeBridge Health, including Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, is seeking a document scanning associate to support the medical records workflow. You will prepare and scan documents, verify accuracy, and locate patient encounters within the EMR system to ensure high-quality records.

Responsibilities include identifying errors, initiating corrections, and communicating findings to leadership. The role requires equipment maintenance to maximize scan quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Must be able to locate data in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Identify patient encounters in EMR and communicate any errors.
• Initiate corrections and resolutions and communicate to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and scanning of documents captured for the medical record.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of scanned documents.
