Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with document scanning and record management preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic signature workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preps, scans and checks scanned documents.
• Serves as the first line contact for SoftMed users.
• Assures scanned documents are accurate, complete and accessible to users.
• Assures all users are set up with appropriate permissions for viewing and/or electronically signing scanned medical record documents.
