Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in medical reception or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and conduct registration.
• Collect payments and handle insurance and billing inquiries.
• Manage patient reservations and registrations, both online and walk-in.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals; navigate EMR and scheduling software.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and support clinic operations.
